Registration

Registration fees include: admission to all conference sessions and exhibition, conference documentation, proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, social event
(1 person).
Registration fees are free of tax and fixed as follows:

3AF Members	€ 800.00
Speakers/Chairmen	€ 800.00
Participants	€ 900.00
Student/Post doc	€ 400.00
Extra ticket for the Social Event	€ 80.00

Delegates are requested to register and settle registration fees prior to the conference.
For access security reason, please note that no onsite registration will be allowed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation will only be accepted up to 15 days prior to the conference and must be in writing. At less than 15 days from the conference € 500.00 cancellation fee will apply (€ 250.00 for students). Delegates whom do not cancel before the start of the conference will be liable to the full registration fees.
